ManaPool is a completely independent website, and our entire team works on the site on a voluntary basis. We maintain this website because we love games, and do this entirely in our spare time. Even the core editorial team earns no money out of the website whatsoever. We completely rely on advertisement revenue and review copies from publishers to keep this project going and pay for our server bills and other required hardware.
Because we are an independent website we don’t have to charge high fees. We’re happy to discuss special requests and work with you to get your advertisement just how you like it. Note that we will only feature adverts we deem relevant to our visitors – we’re not into adult affiliate links or other ads which are a complete nuisance so please don’t waste our time with those!

ManaPool was launched in September 2010, and we have experienced an explosive growth. The numbers of visitors the website was receiving forced us to upgrade our hosting in just the second month as the site was in danger of falling over.

ManaPool’s visitor profile is extremely targeted, obviously mainly attracting gamers. Our audience is technologically sophisticated, and the vast majority use Windows with FireFox or Chrome. The percentage of Internet Explorer users is below 9%. In terms of their country of origin, the English speaking countries lead the way in the expected order of US, UK, and Canada – followed by the most tech savvy countries in Europe:
